Doug serves Consumer Product Strategy professionals in all industries, with research focused on product creation and innovation. Doug was the founder and president of DSW Consulting, a consulting firm focusing on regulation, economics, and public policy in the telecommunications market. He analyzed regulatory issues and markets, prepared expert witness testimony, and provided regulatory consulting and litigation assistance to public and private sector clients. His areas of expertise included local wireline competition policy and market analysis, market structure, broadband and VoIP services, and price cap and other forms of alternative telecommunications regulation. Before that, he was vice president and partner at Economics and Technology, a Boston-based research and consulting firm specializing in telecommunications regulation.
